How It Works
Place a Tapstars QR code at your location — on tables, at reception, or on receipts. When a customer scans it, they rate their experience privately. If they are happy, they are directed to leave a Google review. If they are not satisfied, their feedback is sent directly to you via Telegram so you can resolve the issue immediately — before it becomes a one-star public review.
